state. Eco-friendly Treks & Expedition has authorized certificate from Department
of Cottage and Small Scale Industry (#1721/164).
Our company is respectful taxpayer in the state with holding
Income Tax Registration Certificate (PAN#500027147).
We pay different taxes including income tax on time and pay taxes in advance as per nation's laws and regulations.
We settle tax to government on time and get tax clearance
certificate from Department of Taxation, Nepal.

be a member of TAAN (Trekking Agents Association of Nepal), NMA (Nepal Mountaineering
Association), KEEP (Kathmandu Environmental Educational Project), HRA (Himalayan
Rescue Association), IPPG (International Porter Protection group) and Eco-friendly

and membership of these organizations mean that our accounts are subject to regular
and stringent independent scrutiny, which, although it cannot prevent failure, certainly

If you make a booking through our Agent, world wide, all monies that you pay to
the Agent are at all times held by them on behalf of Eco-friendly Trekking.

a security deposit in Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation against any kind of
legal possibility of your monetary claim. So, the money you pay us is secured. Any
claims of the refund or compensation, after verification from the report of Eco-friendly
Trekking, will be entertained with pleasure. We guarantee you the value of your
