*Internal transport within Nepal:
Domestic
flight is not included where necessary. Note that bad
weather in the regions can cause flight delays. If you are
delayed by bad weather prior to trip departure, we will meet
your accommodation costs. If the delay is extended by two
days it may be necessary for us to re-route, perhaps to an
area more accessible by road. If you are delayed by bad
weather at the end of the trip we will not meet your
accommodation and food costs for the basic tour dates and
unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for charges
incurred as a result of missed international flight
connections. However we will help you to organize your
ongoing arrangements. In this situation we would recommend
that you make a claim against your insurance policy.

(From and to your country) and international airport taxes
with domestic flights where applicable and all domestic
airport taxes.

Major meals, Lunch and dinner during your stay in
Kathmandu (allow $20 per day).

Any type of personal spending
money (expenses) - bill, bar bill, drinks, phone, laundry
video/camera fees where applicable, etc.

Airport security charges if
levied by any airport to cover the cost of security
arrangements.

Cost of entry and re-entry
visas and passports where is necessary (Nepal entry visa
fee per person is USD 30 only).

Transport between your home
to home airport/port/station.
